Since they are discontinuing the product anyway, this review won't mean much, but this was my first time trying the Fit and Slender. It has a bitter bite and flavor is palatable but definitely not my favorite. The other green tea extracts and coconut water drops are far superior.

I used to weigh 196 lbs. @ 5'7. So, I started making changes with my diet by eating healthy, reasonable foods, moderate exercise and to help curb my food urges I was lucky to discover Fit and Slender. It does not make me jittery and the only side effects is that it helps with curbing the consumption of those extra calories. It takes the edge, some what, off of my appetite...such a good thing. I use it 3X's a day before meals and it seems to help. I have maintained a weight of 147 to 151 lbs. for 10 years now, so yes, I am happy with this product. I love their green teas (no caffeine) and their fruit extracts are delicious, good for you, and yes, I am a long time fan of pure inventions. The only affiliation that I have with them is that In love their stuff.

Cuts cravings

Fit and Slender cuts sugar cravings as well as craving for greasy food. Taste is good but I'm used to it. I put a dropper in my water bottle throughout the day. Seems to encourage healthier eating habits.

I like putting this in to my water bottle and enjoying it all day...love the taste...stabilizes my weight even if I happen to overindulge and skip the treadmill every now and then

I am on my second bottle of Fit & Slender. It has a great taste and is easy to use. I have lost 14 lbs. so far. I like that you just add it to water & can use anytime throughout the day. I don't have to remember to take pills.

Delicious with slight fruity taste

I love is stuff! I have a hard time drinking water but this flavors it JUST RIGHT so that helps with my dehydration problem. I don't exactly have a 21 yr old body (not that I had one when I was 21) but I certainly feel lighter and stomach appears flatter. Been taking this for 4-6 months now and love it. The bottle leaks a bit towards the end so if you carry in your purse put it inside a ziploc bag.

I tried this product two years ago and for some reason it was thick and did not taste the best. Although it helps suppress my appetite, I couldn't drink it frequently. I again tried last week and It was delicious! They must've changed the formula or did something to improve the taste. Thank you!
